CRUSHING THE BAD DREAM OF THE NIGHT
Opening Scriptures
Psalm 91:5-6, “Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.”
Psalm 4:8, “I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.”
Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”
Introduction
Bad dreams are not to be ignored. Every evil dream has an origin. Some are demonic attacks. Some are manipulations. Some are spiritual arrows sent at night to trouble people. To steal from people, kill, block, and destroy. But no power of darkness is greater than the authority in the name of Jesus.
Many times, they are spiritual arrows designed to plant fear, confusion, sickness, bad news, death, poverty or oppression in the night.The enemy come to scatter God’s programme for our lives during the day or week. But God has given us authority and victory over darkness through the name of Jesus.
The Bible says, “When I lie down, I shall not be afraid: yea, I shall lie down, and my sleep shall be sweet” (Proverbs 3:24). As you pray the following prayers in faith, every evil dream and night attack will be terminated, in the name of Jesus. Now pray with authority.
Confession of Faith
I declare that my sleep is blessed and protected by the Lord. The night is under God’s authority, and no power of darkness has control over me. I confess that I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, and I abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
No terror of the night shall disturb me. No evil dream shall take root in my life. I declare that my mind is covered by the blood of Jesus. My bedroom is filled with the presence of God. Angels are assigned to guard me while I sleep. Every evil seed planted in my dreams is uprooted by fire.
Every negative covenant formed in the night is broken. I receive sweet, peaceful, and undisturbed sleep. From tonight, my rest shall be sweet. My body shall be refreshed. My spirit shall be strengthened. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen

8. Every evil covenant my ancestors made with dream manipulators, I break it for my life, in the name of Jesus.
9. By the authority in the name of Jesus, I cancel every dedication to idols that opens doors to bad dreams, in the name of Jesus.

I confess that the Lord is my refuge and my fortress. When I lie down, I shall not be afraid, for God makes me dwell in safety. I declare that my body, soul, and spirit are covered by the blood of Jesus. No evil power will manipulate my dream. I reject every spirit of fear, oppression, and torment in my drea,. I cancel every negative dream and every evil manipulation while I sleep. I proclaim that my bed is sanctified and my room is filled with divine presence. Angels of the Lord surround me and keep watch over me. I shall sleep in peace and wake up in victory. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. From tonight, my sleep shall be sweet, deep, and protected. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
