Introduction
Our words carry spiritual weight. They are not empty sounds; they are seeds. They have the power to build or to break, to heal or to harm, to open doors or to close them. Scripture makes us understand that when we decree a thing, it shall be established. This means that our words, when aligned with God’s will, activate spiritual authority.
Are you trusting God for a job? Then you must learn to speak life over your situation. If you are preparing for an interview, do not go with fear-filled language. Go with faith-filled declarations. Have been falsely accused in your workplace? Don’t fear. Declare God’s word into your life to reverse the failure.
Miracle jobs are real. God is still in the business of giving good jobs to people. He does not want us to remain unemployed or stranded. Good jobs are coming. You don’t pursue it, God arranges the jobs for you. It doesn’t matter how long you have been looking for job, today is the season of good news.
Before we begin to declare , you must first understand and believe that God is working out something great for you. When you speak the Word of God over your job situation, you are not merely talking, you are engaging Heaven to favour you.
You are expressing your worries and pain to God. You are asking God to remember and favour you. You are saying: Lord, I am tired of searching for jobs, open the doors of my favour. As you begin to pray and cry to Him, may the mercy of God speak for you. May you get that miracle job. May the plans of the wicked over your life begin to fail woefully.

CONFESSION SCRIPTURE TO REPEAT DAILY
Speak this every morning over your job search:
“The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want for employment. He is ordering my steps to the right place at the right time. Favour is my portion. Open doors are my inheritance. Divine placement is my destiny. I call those things that be not as though they were, and I declare that my job miracle is manifested today, in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
SECTION 1: DECLARATIONS OVER YOUR IDENTITY AND WORTH
1. I am a child of the Most High God, created in His image and likeness, and I am qualified for greatness.
2. I declare that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and the gifts and abilities God placed in me are more than enough to secure my place of employment.
3. I am not defined by rejection. I am not defined by lack. I am defined by the Word of God, and the Word says I am blessed, favoured, and chosen.
4. I declare that I carry the spirit of excellence that was upon Daniel, and wherever I go, that excellence speaks for me.
5. I am the head and not the tail. I am above and not beneath. I am lender and not borrower, in the name of Jesus.
6. I declare that I am equipped, qualified, and anointed for the position God has prepared for me.
7. I am not desperate. I am expectant. I am not begging. I am believing. I stand on the Word of God and I declare that my employment breakthrough is inevitable.
SECTION 2: DECLARATIONS AGAINST THE ENEMY
1. I declare that no weapon formed against my employment shall prosper, and every tongue that has risen against my career shall be condemned, in the name of Jesus.
2. I declare that every satanic assignment against my job search is cancelled by the blood of Jesus Christ.
3. I declare that every spirit of rejection, delay, and stagnation assigned to follow me is broken and destroyed from its roots, in the name of Jesus.
4. I declare that every witchcraft prayer that has been prayed against my career is neutralized and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus.
5. I declare that no generational curse of poverty or unemployment shall prosper over my life because I am redeemed from the curse of the law by the blood of Jesus Christ.
6. I declare that every dark altar erected against my progress is pulled down by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.
7. I declare that the spirit of stagnation is not my portion. Stagnation, I command you to release me now, in the name of Jesus.
8. I declare that every door the enemy has shut against me is being opened right now by the key of David, in the name of Jesus.
SECTION 3: DECLARATIONS OF DIVINE FAVOUR
1. I declare that favour goes before me like a shield into every office, company, boardroom, and interview room.
2. I declare that when decision makers see my name, read my application, or look at my face, they are supernaturally inclined to choose me.
3. I declare that I have the favour of God upon my life, and that favour makes room for me where my qualifications alone cannot take me.
4. I declare that divine connections are being released to me right now. The right people are being positioned in my path to open the right doors.
5. I declare that my name is being spoken in rooms I have never entered, by people I have never met, in my favour, in the name of Jesus.
6. I declare that just as Boaz noticed Ruth in the field, the right employer will notice me and choose me above all others, in the name of Jesus.
7. I declare that I have found grace in the eyes of those in authority over my hiring, and they shall grant my request, in the name of Jesus.
8. I declare that what took others years to achieve, God will cause to happen for me suddenly and speedily, in the name of Jesus.
SECTION 4: DECLARATIONS OF OPEN DOORS
1. I declare that my door of employment is open and no man can shut it, according to Revelation 3:8.
2. I declare that every closed door in my career is opening now. Every locked gate is swinging open. Every barrier is coming down, in the name of Jesus.
3. I declare that I will not miss my divine opportunity. The right call, the right email, the right invitation is reaching me right now, in the name of Jesus.
4. I declare that every opportunity that passed me by because of satanic interference is being restored to me or replaced with something greater, in the name of Jesus.
5. I declare that my application is before the right eyes today. My CV is in the right hands. My name is on the right desk. My breakthrough is happening right now, in the name of Jesus.
6. I declare that the LORD is opening to me His good treasure as promised in Deuteronomy 28:12, and the work of my hands shall be blessed.
SECTION 5: DECLARATIONS OF DIVINE PLACEMENT AND PROMOTION
1. I declare that God is ordering my steps according to Psalm 37:23, and He is leading me to the exact place He has prepared for me.
2. I declare that like Joseph, what men meant for evil in my career God is turning around for my good and His glory.
3. I declare that I shall stand before great men and not before obscure men, because the hand of God is upon my career.
4. I declare that I am moving from the pit to the palace, from rejection to selection, from the waiting room to the winning position, in the name of Jesus.
5. I declare that this is my season of divine promotion. What God has ordained for me cannot be stopped by any man, any principality, or any power.
6. I declare that God is positioning me in a place where my gifts will make room for me and bring me before great men, as promised in Proverbs 18:16.
7. I declare that my promotion comes from God alone, and no man can hinder what God has decided to do in my life.

6. I declare that this job I am believing God for is not just employment, it is the beginning of a new financial era in my life.
SECTION 7: DECLARATIONS OF WISDOM AND EXCELLENCE
1. I declare that God is giving me wisdom for every interview, every test, every assessment, and every interaction connected to my employment.
2. I declare that my words shall be seasoned with salt and grace in every conversation with my potential employers.
3. I declare that the spirit of wisdom and understanding rests upon me, and I will give answers that will astonish those who interview me, just as Daniel astonished the wise men of Babylon.
4. I declare that I am sharp, focused, articulate, and confident in every setting connected to my job breakthrough.
5. I declare that the anointing of excellence upon my life is causing me to rise above mediocrity and stand apart from the crowd.
6. I declare that I learn quickly, I adapt easily, and I excel consistently in everything God places in my hands.

1. I declare that my breakthrough does not have to take years. God can do in one day what man says will take a decade.

4. I declare that as the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, God is turning my captivity right now.
5. I declare that speed and swiftness are released over my job search. Every delay is cancelled. Every prolonged waiting season is over, in the name of Jesus.
6. I declare that the time of my miracle is now. Not next year. Not someday. Now, in the name of Jesus.
SECTION 9: THANKSGIVING DECLARATIONS
1. I thank You, Father, that You have heard my declarations and You are working all things together for my good.
2. I thank You that the job is already mine in the spirit realm and I am simply waiting for the manifestation.
3. I thank You that You have not forgotten me. You have not abandoned me. You are working behind the scenes on my behalf.
4. I thank You that every prayer I have prayed over my employment has been heard and is being answered according to Your perfect will.
5. I declare that when my testimony comes, I will give You all the glory. I will not credit the interview panel. I will not credit my qualifications. I will testify that God opened this door and God alone deserves the praise.
6. I declare that my testimony is on its way and the enemy cannot stop it, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

3. I declare that my qualifications, my experience, and my skills are more than sufficient for the position God has prepared for me.
4. I declare that no incomplete credential, no employment gap, and no past failure shall be used by the enemy to disqualify me from my divine placement.
5. I declare that God is filling in every gap on my resumé with His supernatural grace and favour, in the name of Jesus.
6. I declare that the person reviewing my application today shall see something in me that they cannot explain naturally and that unexplainable impression shall cause them to choose me, in the name of Jesus.
7. I declare that my application shall not be lost, overlooked, or discarded. It shall arrive at the right destination, at the right time, before the right eyes, in the name of Jesus.
8. I declare that even my weaknesses on paper are being covered by the glory of God, and what man sees as a limitation God is using as a launching pad.
9. I declare that I am God’s candidate for this position, and no other applicant can take what God has assigned to me.
SECTION 11: DECLARATIONS OVER THE INTERVIEW ROOM
1. I declare that before I walk into any interview room, the glory of God has already entered before me and prepared the atmosphere in my favour.
2. I declare that every interviewer I face shall be supernaturally softened toward me, and their hearts shall be inclined to say yes, in the name of Jesus.
3. I declare that the spirit of fear does not enter the interview room with me. I go in with boldness, confidence, and the peace of God that passes all understanding.
4. I declare that my countenance shall shine with the favour of God, and those who look at me shall see something extraordinary, in the name of Jesus.
5. I declare that I shall not stumble over my words. I shall not be confused by difficult questions. The Holy Spirit shall put the right answer in my mouth at the right moment, as promised in Luke 21:15.
6. I declare that every question designed to trip me up shall become an opportunity for me to shine, in the name of Jesus.
7. I declare that when I sit in that interview chair, I sit with the authority of a child of God, and heaven backs every word I speak.
8. I declare that after the interview is over, my name shall be the one they keep coming back to. My face shall be the one they cannot forget. My answers shall be the ones that stand out above all others, in the name of Jesus.
9. I declare that the final decision about my hiring shall be made in my favour because God is the ultimate hiring manager and He has already approved me.
SECTION 12: DECLARATIONS OVER EVERY WAITING SEASON
1. I declare that this waiting season is not wasted. God is preparing me in this season for the greatness He is about to release me into.
2. I declare that while I wait, I am growing stronger, sharper, and more capable. The delay has not diminished me, it has developed me.
3. I declare that I will not despise the day of small beginnings. Whatever God places in my hands in this season, I will be faithful with it.
4. I declare that my waiting is not in vain. Every day I have waited is a seed, and harvest is coming now, in the name of Jesus.
5. I declare that I will not give up. I will not quit. I will not surrender to discouragement. The God who called me is faithful and He will bring it to pass.
6. I declare that Habakkuk 2:3 is true over my life, the vision is for an appointed time and though it tarries, I will wait for it because it will surely come.
7. I declare that what God has promised me about my career and employment shall not fail. Heaven and earth may pass away but the Word of God stands forever.
8. I declare that my hope is not in the economy. My hope is not in the job market. My hope is not in connections or qualifications. My hope is in the Lord, and that hope shall not make me ashamed.

6. I declare that I shall not be a misfit in my workplace. I shall be a perfect fit because God placed me there by divine arrangement.
7. I declare that in my workplace, I shall be a light, a solution, and a blessing to everyone around me. I am not going there just to earn a salary, I am going there as a Kingdom ambassador.

5. I declare that in five years, in ten years, in twenty years, I shall look back at this moment of declaration and testify that God did exactly what His Word promised.

7. I declare that the blessing of the LORD that maketh rich and addeth no sorrow is the foundation of my entire career, in the name of Jesus.

1. I declare that the sting of rejection is removed from my spirit right now by the healing power of the Holy Ghost.
2. I declare that I am not what my rejection letters say I am. I am what God’s Word says I am — chosen, accepted, and approved.
3. I declare that rejection has not been my end — it has been my redirection. Every closed door has been pushing me toward the door that God has specifically prepared for me.
