To be able to see clear visions and dreams, you must be consistent with your prayer and bible study life, ensure to pray without ceasing, especially before you sleep and importantly, you must let go of everything that can give the enemy access to block the clarity of your dreams and your visions (things such as bitterness, anger, lust, strife etc (Galatians 5:16-25), so you can see and understand the message God is passing to you in dreams and visions.
